The Alterna Impact Fellowship is a program that gives you the opportunity to participate in projects that generate concrete and sustainable results in the Social Impact Ecosystem.

Learn or reinforce languages in a bilingual environment with interaction, documents and presentations in Spanish and English.

The fellowship has a minimum duration of 4 months and a maximum of 6 months, as this time frame allows for a meaningful learning curve and proper integration into the role. This period ensures that fellows have enough time to understand the context, contribute effectively, and generate value through their work.

The fellowship can be in-person, hybrid, or remote depending on the fellow’s availability and the program’s needs, as long as there is a strong commitment to meeting goals and deliverables.
